| Product Delivery |
| De-icing fluid is accurately applied through Multiple Nozzle Sections permitting the operator to spray a swath width of 12, 24 or 36 feet (3.6, 7.3 or 11m) behind or in front of the vehicle. The Batts De-Icer Pro TLV series reaches tight areas around jetways and loading areas, near parked vehicles, and anywhere visibility is limited. A front spray system provides good visibility in tight quarters. It also has a rear spray system, which is used in open areas. |
| Application Rate |
| The Multiple Nozzle System offers a wide range of spray rates and vehicle speeds without changing nozzles. This unit is used in close areas where slow speeds are essential and also in higher speed, open areas. Application rates from 0.5 to 1.5 gallons per 1000 sq. ft. (1.9 – 5.7 L / 93 m2) at speeds ranging from 3 M.P.H. to 45 M.P.H. (5 – 72 kph) are possible with this unit. The ability to vary rates and speeds Without Changing Nozzles greatly increases the opportunity to anti-ice and de-ice in the shortest time possible. |

| Frame |
| The frame of the De-Icer Pro TLV unit is constructed of heavy-duty structural tubing and includes tie down locations so that it may be securely fastened to the vehicle frame. |
| Capacity |
| The De-Icer Pro TLV capacity is limited only by the size of the product tank. Tank capacities are available from 300 to 2000 gallons (1140 – 7500 L) and can be sized to meet each customer’s need. For example, a 1400-gallon (5300 L) product tank provides coverage up to 2.8 million square feet (260,100 m2) with application rates from 0.5 to 1.5 gallons per 1000 square feet (1.9 – 5.7 L / 93 m2). This enables the driver to cover 77,000 lineal feet (23450m) with a 36' (11m) swath. |

| The TLV is ideal for spraying in confined spaces. To reach a tight spot, a driver will typically maneuver to an obstacle, open the front spray valves, and spray while backing away. |
